With homosexuals now able to serve openly in the military, the gay rights movement's next battleground is to persuade the Obama administration to end the armed forces' ban on "transgenders," a group that includes transsexuals and cross-dressers.

"Our position is that the military should re-examine the policy, the medical regulations, so as to allow open service for transgender people," said Vincent Paolo Villano, spokesman for the 6,000-member Center for Transgender Equality.

Rahul Mahajan’s Wife Dimpy Ganguly has Miscarriage

 

Stork was soon to visit the Mahajan household! But unfortunately Rahul Mahajan's wife Dimpy Ganguly had miscarriage on Monday, says reports.

Though the news of Dimpy's pregnancy was not confirmed by the couple, who got married on TV, they did not deny it either. It was said that Dimpy was in her first month of pregnancy but suffered miscarriage last Monday.
The couple was also spotted visiting Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. However, the couple responded to their fans' wishes on Facebook.
Dimpy was planning to visit Kolkata in September end for her movie 'Hello Memsaab' promotion. Now she is recuperating in Mumbai.

Rahul married Dimpy on the show Swayamvar-2 Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega last year.

And I am not certain that the short-term gain of striking down some or part of the ACA (embarrassing President Obama even to the point of affecting the election) is the kind of judicial end-game this court really cares about....

That's why I suspect that even if there are five justices who believe the individual mandate is unconstitutional, there probably aren't five votes to decide that question in this instant....

Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge hopes defender Breno will soon be released after spending the last few days in police custody.

The Brazilian is being held by Munich police on suspicion of burning down his own house last week.

However, Rummenigge believes taking away Breno's freedom during the investigation into the fire, which completely destroyed the rented property in one of the city's most affluent districts, is an "exaggerated measure".
